1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LoopVideo ("we", "us", "our"), an AI-powered video looping and processing platform available at loopvideo.app. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

LoopVideo provides:

  • Free browser-based tools: Video preview, resize, crop, reverse, speed change, and GIF conversion that run locally in your browser.
  • AI seamless loop generation: AI-powered video transition generation that bridges the end of a video clip back to its start, consuming credits.
  • Credit packs and subscriptions: Paid plans that grant credits for watermark-free AI seamless loop exports.

LoopVideo is an independent interface that uses Kie for the current AI transition operation. LoopVideo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kie. Users cannot enter a text prompt in this workflow; the service uses a fixed internal prompt only to direct the end-to-start transition.

3. User Accounts and Registration

  1. Account Creation: To access AI features, you must create an account with a valid email address or Google account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  2. Email Verification: Email-registered accounts must verify their email address before using AI generation features.

  3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free usage limits or exploit refund policies is prohibited.

4. Free Usage

  • Browser-based tools (preview, resize, crop, reverse, speed, GIF) are free and do not require an account.
  • Logged-in users receive limited free AI seamless loop generations per day, subject to rate limits per user, IP address, and device fingerprint.
  • Free AI results include a watermark. Watermark-free exports require paid credits.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

LoopVideo offers three subscription tiers: Lite, Pro, and Volume+, available as monthly or annual plans. Each plan grants a fixed number of AI credits per UTC calendar month.

5.2 Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases that do not auto-renew. Pack credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

5.3 Monthly Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on each monthly renewal date. Credits are granted at the start of each UTC calendar month.

5.4 Annual Billing

Annual subscriptions are charged once per year at the time of purchase. To manage server resource costs, annual subscription credits are granted by UTC calendar month rather than all at once. The monthly credit amount matches the corresponding monthly plan.

5.5 Credit Expiration

  • Subscription credits: Expire at the end of each UTC calendar month. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month.
  • Credit pack credits: Valid for 365 days from purchase.
  • First-purchase exception: If a subscription is first purchased on the last UTC day of a month, the initial credit grant remains valid through the end of the next UTC month.

5.6 Cancellation

You may schedule cancellation at any time through the cancellation action in your LoopVideo Billing settings. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will retain access to all subscription benefits until that period ends.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the current billing period.

5.7 Payment Processing

Creem processes payments as merchant of record and handles buyer checkout, payment collection, applicable indirect taxes, and buyer receipts. By continuing to checkout, you agree to these LoopVideo Terms and the Creem Buyer Terms. LoopVideo remains responsible for product delivery and customer support.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General Rule

Due to the nature of digital services and the server compute costs incurred for AI generation, all purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been consumed.

6.2 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase, subject to all of the following conditions:

  1. First purchase only: The refund applies only to the user's first purchase of a specific plan or credit pack. Repeat purchases of the same product are not eligible.
  2. Zero credit consumption: The credits granted by the purchase must be completely unused. If any credits from the order have been consumed, the purchase is no longer refundable.
  3. Credit pack unused: For credit pack purchases, no credits from the pack may have been used.

6.3 Exceptions

In the following special circumstances, you may contact support for a manual review, regardless of the conditions in Section 6.2:

  1. System failure: Payment was successful but credits were not granted to your account, and our technical team confirms the credits cannot be issued.
  2. Duplicate charge: The same billing cycle was charged multiple times due to a payment gateway or system error. The excess amount will be refunded.

6.4 How to Request a Refund

  • Subscription and credit-pack refunds: Contact support@loopvideo.app with your order number for manual review.
  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

6.5 Refund Effects

When a refund is approved:

  • The order is marked as refunded.
  • Any credits granted by that order are revoked (set to zero).
  • If the refunded order was a subscription, the subscription status may be updated accordingly.

7. AI Generation and Credits

  1. Credit consumption: Each watermark-free AI seamless loop export consumes one credit. Free AI generations (with watermark) do not consume credits but are subject to daily limits.

  2. Failed generations: If an AI generation task fails due to a server-side error, the credit will be refunded to your account. Failures caused by invalid input (e.g., unsupported file format) do not qualify for credit refunds.

  3. Free tier restoration: If a free AI generation fails due to a server error, the daily free usage count is restored.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

  1. Your content: You retain ownership of any video content you upload to LoopVideo. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

  2. AI-generated content: AI-generated transition videos are provided for your use. The scope of permitted use depends on your account type:

    • Paid subscribers (subscription or credit pack): You may use generated content for both personal and commercial purposes.
    • Free users: You may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
    • You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

  3. Content responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload to LoopVideo. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and process that content.

  4. Platform intellectual property: The LoopVideo platform, including its code, design, and branding, is protected under copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform without authorization.

9. Prohibited Activities and Content

9.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent free usage limits or exploit refund policies.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our service.
  • Use automated tools to abuse our API or generation limits.
  • Resell or redistribute LoopVideo services without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the service.
  • Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

9.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or process content that:

  • Is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of any third party.
  • Contains NSFW (not safe for work), sexually explicit, nude, or pornographic material.
  • Contains sexually suggestive material or nudity.
  • Enables face swap, deepfake, face manipulation, impersonation, or unauthorized use of a person's identity or likeness.
  • Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment.
  • Is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Infringes upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to block, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these provisions. The detailed enforcement rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Privacy and Data Collection

LoopVideo collects the following types of data:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and profile information provided during registration.
  • Usage Data: Interactions with our service, features accessed, and generation history.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and device fingerprint (for abuse prevention).
  • Payment Information: Payment method details processed by our payment partner Creem. We do not store full credit card numbers.
  • Cookies: Data that helps us enhance your experience with our service.

11. Third-Party Services

LoopVideo integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Creem: Merchant-of-record payment processing, subscriptions, receipts, and applicable indirect taxes.
  • Kie API: AI video transition generation using boundary frames and a fixed internal prompt.
  • Cloudflare R2: Temporary storage for boundary frames and generated transition clips.
  • FingerprintJS OSS: A browser-side library used to derive an abuse-prevention signal; LoopVideo stores a one-way hash rather than using a hosted FingerprintJS service.

Your use of these services through LoopVideo is subject to their respective terms of service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated content may vary in quality and is not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoopVideo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with modified terms, you must stop using the service.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Fee disputes must be submitted within 60 days of the billing date.
